                  How to Delete Judgments

                                          DEFENDANTS

 
Judgments can be deleted from the database by the Defendant in the
  following ways:

   (1)  A certified copy of the Satisfaction of Judgment showing the
         judgment as paid in full.  Fax a copy to: (303)-459-2751

   (2) The judgment is expunged from the court records.  Fax a copy to:
        (303)-459-2751.

   (3) The Plaintiff requests that the judgment be removed or does not
        renew the judgment at the end of the yearly subscription
        date.

The judgment will automatically be deleted at the end of the subscription
   period (one year or five years).  You can delete the judgment prior to this
   expiration period by e-mailing a request to delete the record.  The e-mail
   must include your name, address, phone number and case number.  We
